1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "Account Holder") and 777jli ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 777jli online gaming platform available at 777jli.cam ("the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and contact 777jli support to close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any modification of these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are written in English for the benefit of Filipino players across all regions of the Philippines — Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and beyond. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the English version shall govern.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with 777jli, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations for all casino-style gaming activities.
• You are a natural person — corporate or organizational accounts are not permitted.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 777jli or its affiliated technology and payment partners.
• You have not been previously self-excluded or otherwise barred from the 777jli Platform or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You are registering on your own behalf and for your own personal use only. Registering on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active 777jli account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms. 777jli reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and permanently ban the associated individual from the Platform.

3 Account Verification (Know Your Customer)

777jli is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) law — including the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments — to verify the identity of all account holders prior to enabling deposit and withdrawal functionality. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

For KYC verification, you will be required to submit the following:

1. A clear, unobstructed photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Acceptable IDs include: UMID, Philippine Driver's License, Philippine Passport, SSS Card, PhilSys National ID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID.
2. A selfie photograph clearly showing your face held next to the same ID document.
3. Proof of registered payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash profile showing your registered name matching your ID).

777jli reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address, source of funds, or a video verification call, at its sole discretion and particularly where transaction volumes, account activity, or regulatory obligations warrant additional due diligence. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account restriction.

All KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with 777jli's Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation (Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012).

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: All deposits to your 777jli account must be made through payment methods supported by the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 777jli balance within 30 to 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. 777jli does not accept cash deposits, postal orders, or cryptocurrency payments.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods that are (a) registered in your own verified name and (b) have been previously used for a deposit or linked during the account verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts submitted via GCash or Maya are processed within 5 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay or PesoNet are processed within 1 to 3 banking hours. 777jli processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays.

Pending Wagering Requirements: Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements are classified as "restricted" and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering conditions have been fully satisfied. Your account balance will clearly indicate any restricted portion.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login or transaction activity. 777jli will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder via registered email and mobile number before applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees will not reduce your balance below zero.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

777jli offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins allocations, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to individual terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which include wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.

Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply across all 777jli promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire automatically upon the stated deadline.
• Free spins winnings are subject to a minimum 30x wagering requirement unless otherwise specified in the promotion details.
• Sports betting wagers placed at odds below 1.50 (decimal) do not contribute to wagering requirement clearance.
• 777jli reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotion terms, or if the account violates any provision of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the withdrawal process, or applied retroactively to wagers already placed.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 777jli Platform — including slot machines, live dealer casino tables, bingo, roulette, joker poker, and sports betting markets — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or physical game equipment in the case of live dealer titles. RNG systems used by 777jli's software partners are independently tested and certified by accredited gaming testing laboratories in accordance with PAGCOR certification requirements.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term average payout rate for each game and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. RTP is calculated over millions of rounds and is not indicative of any single gaming session result.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server disconnection, software error, or any interruption that prevents a game round from completing normally — the outcome of that round shall be void and any wager placed shall be returned to the player's account balance. 777jli shall not be liable for losses attributable to technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

For live sports betting markets, 777jli reserves the right to void bets placed after an event's outcome has been determined, where the odds offered were manifestly erroneous, or where the integrity of a market has been compromised. Decisions regarding sports betting disputes are at the sole discretion of 777jli and are final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777jli Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing cards, signals, or coordinated betting strategies.
• Automated Betting Software: Use of bots, macros, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input in real time.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus terms, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Use of stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods to fund a 777jli account.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform in any manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering as defined under the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, or impersonating another person in any manner.
• VPN Circumvention: Using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service to obscure your true geographic location or to access the Platform in violation of applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized payment chargebacks or reversals after funds have been deposited and used on the Platform.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

777jli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes;
• The identity of the account holder cannot be satisfactorily verified;
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require account restriction;
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion or a responsible gaming restriction that necessitates account closure.

Where an account is closed for reasons attributable solely to 777jli (e.g., the Platform ceasing operations), any verified real-money balance excluding restricted bonus funds will be refunded to the account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure is due to a breach of these Terms by the account holder, 777jli reserves the right to forfeit any account balance.

9 Responsible Gaming

777jli is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

777jli provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from every verified account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Decreases take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap your allowable net losses within a defined period. Once reached, no further wagers may be placed until the limit period resets or is adjusted downward.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a specified continuous play duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, all login access and deposit functionality is disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your 777jli account. Once permanent self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed. All marketing communications will be stopped immediately and permanently.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777jli Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, interface design, sound files, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777jli, its licensors, or its game content partners, and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international treaties.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 777jli. The 777jli name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777jli shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and subject to chance;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Service interruptions caused by events outside 777jli's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate password security or your disclosure of credentials to a third party;
• Any reliance on information, tips, strategies, or content published by third parties in connection with the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 777jli's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

777jli collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines) and its implementing rules and regulations. The manner in which 777jli collects, uses, retains, and protects your personal data is detailed in the 777jli Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including sharing with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities where required by law.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 777jli Platform shall first be submitted to 777jli's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, which has jurisdiction over all disputes between PAGCOR-licensed operators and their players. For disputes not within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

777jli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via email notification to the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 calendar days prior to the effective date of the change, except where changes are required by regulatory mandate or legal obligation, in which case changes may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact 777jli support to close your account before the effective date of the change.
